Serving Spoon Coordinator

This volunteer position coordinates the volunteers and volunteer churches that serve a hot meal on Thursdays @ 6pm in the Jaycee building of the Town of Franklin’s Memorial park.

Duties include

  • contacting churches to select evening(s) to serve
  • reminding churches 2 weeks out and 1 week out from their selected date
  • ensuring the facility is prepared to serve clients: tables, place settings are in place by 4 pm
  • obtaining and returning the Town’s key to the Jaycee building.
